GE board officially approved spinoff of GE HealthCare. Local impact remains unclear

It remains unclear what GE HealthCare will look like in Massachusetts as a standalone company. While it has locations in Marlborough and Burlington, GE HealthCare’s Massachusetts employee base is small, less than 300 employees, compared to its 51,000 total employees around the country.
