Spinal device firm CEO calls kickback charges ‘baseless’

Just over a week after he was arrested for allegedly running a kickback scheme through his spinal device firm, SpineFrontier Inc. CEO Kingsley Chin is hitting back against the Department of Justice, calling the criminal charges "baseless."
