Fund buys 50% stake in eight of Steward Health Care hospital properties
Medical Properties Trust, which owns the real estate of eight Steward Health Care’s hospitals, has signed an agreement with Macquarie Infrastructure Partners V to acquire a 50% stake in the portfolio, a deal the health system said validates the hospitals’ value. Read More
