After closing $145M round, iboss is looking for an ‘IPO-ready’ CFO

One of the first major rounds of venture capital financing of 2021 belongs to cybersecurity firm iboss, which relocated to Boston in 2016. iboss is still a private company, but the road to an initial public offering is an option on the table. CEO Paul Martini said that iboss started the search for an "IPO-ready" chief financial officer around the time it closed its Series B round in mid-December.
