Editorial: Make scooter legislation a priority so cities can decide

Editorial: State legislation to allow e-scooters on city streets shouldn’t be a political pothole — it merely allows cities and towns the opportunity to take the wheel on their own transportation policies. It’s time for Beacon Hill to allow scooters in Massachusetts.
