Biden calls for HBCU support ahead of 2022 budget deadline

United Negro College Fund, which represents and advocates for 37 private HBCUs, applauded Biden’s support of HBCUs and hopes it will lead to increased funding for the minority-serving institutions, which have been historically underfunded.
