Viewpoint: Time to debunk tax migration myths in Mass.

Eileen McAnneny writes that it’s imperative that state leaders understand just how mobile higher-income taxpayers are and why that makes tax relief a necessity. We need to reduce the burden of our estate and short-term capital gains tax rates because losing even a small percentage of these taxpayers could result in a significant drop in annual tax collections.
