Walsh defends planning agency after Wu calls for its abolishment

Boston City Councilor Michelle Wu is calling for the abolishment of the city’s powerful real-estate development agency and creating an in-house planning department. Mayor Martin J. Walsh contends the agency has come a long way since he took over City Hall.
