Among chief technology officers, women are hard to find

While the FCC’s first female CTO prepares to take over her role in January 2020, the numbers of female CTOs at companies and agencies across the U.S. remain limited. In Massachusetts, nine companies among this year’s top 25 largest software development firms have a CTO as part of their management team. Among those executives, only one is a woman.
