E-commerce unicorn Perch leases Back Bay office for HQ, plans hiring

Boston-based e-commerce company Perch is leasing office space at 222 Berkeley St., the same building where DraftKings Inc. and Wayfair Inc. are headquartered. The unicorn company has 50 open positions, with plans to hire 150 people this year.
