Here are this year’s fastest-growing public companies in Mass.

Most years, drug developers make up a large percentage of the fast-growing firms in the Boston area, but last year, that was especially true as the pandemic raged. Companies that have a life sciences mission make up nine of the Boston area’s top 10 fastest-growing public companies, and 17 of the top 20.
