In a twist, Alo Yoga takes space with Back Bay developer it sued

The national apparel chain thought it had a lease agreement "at the best corner in the Back Bay." When developer L3 Capital said the lease was never finalized, Alo sued and lost. But now, Alo is set to open this fall in L3’s building.
