  • The role will be responsible for developing and growing the property accounting group and driving performance for their clients, including reviewing client financials and ensuring accuracy; training staff on how to read financial statements; leading the financial onboarding & offboarding of clients; developing policies and procedures to make accounting team more nimble and efficient; liaise with board members, property banking partners, and external business partners; and other special projects 

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in Property Accounting and Accounting/Audit with Real Estate Clients  (required)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related (required)
  3. Tactful and professional communicator capable of addressing  board members & clients
