Director, Global Treasury Operations

We are conducting a search for a Director of Treasury Operations to lead a team of 5 awesome treasury professionals within a dynamic global Private Equity Finance & Treasury group in Boston.

• Broad responsibilities: managing a team that will be responsible for banking relationship and bringing on new banking partners (including helping the Treasurer with negotiating pricing & terms), leading strategic projects to automate the global treasury operations function, overseeing bank and counterparty risk and exposure, managing the cash projection reporting ensuring enough cash is available for new investment deals, growing bank partners in US, Asia and Europe; oversight over collateral posted and prime brokerage requirements.

Qualifications:

1) 12+ years of relevant global treasury operations experience

2) Strong people management skills and experience

3) Desire to work in a complex and global environment with visibility

4) CTP / Graduate Degree

5) Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to serve as strategic business partner across the organization.
