Finance Manager, Deal Operations (Global Private Equity)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager with a desire to contribute towards the operations of the global private equity investment pipeline, support deal execution and manage fund investment transaction closings.

  • Position is part of a team responsible for preparation of presentations to executive management using data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI.

  • The position is part of tight knit Private Equity Deal Operations team with cross-functional interaction across global business partners within Investment Deals, Legal, Finance and International Operations, thus strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications:

  1. 5 + years of relevant experience (Transaction Advisory, FDD, Assurance, Private Equity Operations, Deal Finance)
  2. Excellent communication & professional polish.
  3. Desire & ability to interact with all levels of the organization is essential.
