We are seeking a team player that is analytical and solutions-oriented for a Investment Operations Manager opening for a prestigious Alternative Investments Firm. There is an exciting opportunity to dive into a range of credit investment strategies; interact with front, middle, and back-office teams; and learn the ins and outs of a complex global financial services business.

- The role will focus on reconciliation functions and lead a full suite of investment operations for a variety of assets and strategies, such as CLOs, bonds, credit, syndicated bank loans, distressed credit, and more; work across credit teams and provide operational support to IR, Finance, and Fund teams; as a manger, you will over be responsible for overseeing day-to-day work of your team (internally and externally) and build strong relationships with a range of clients and partners, such as custodians, brokers, administrators and other business partners; support your team through ongoing mentoring, training, and development; and other interesting credit operations projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
- 5+ years of experience working credit operations, CLOs, or similar for financial services companies/clients (preferably with settlements experience)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work on-deadline
