Job Description

  • Financial Reporting Analysis: Review quarterly and annual financial reporting, including US GAAP audits, fund performance analysis, and portfolio company financial reviews to support strategic decision-making
  • Investment Operations & Compliance: Oversee cash flow management, capital calls, distributions, and investment transactions while ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and tax implications
  • Investor Relations & Valuations: Collaborate with partners on portfolio company valuations, cap table modeling, and liquidation analyses, while assisting in investor communications and fundraising materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any applicable field is required; Accounting or Finance
  • 1-5 years of public accounting, consulting, or advisory experience preferred – ideal industries experience in financial services
  • Ability to create dashboards/reporting in PowerBI
