  • Dynamic & Strategic Responsibilities: Oversee indenture and credit agreement compliance, manage borrowing base availability, and ensure accurate financial & performance reporting for structured products and funds through ongoing analysis of investment activity. This role will also collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders, such as PMs to support their investment objectives and trade requests, the deals team to anticipate cash needs for deals and support their reporting process, IR for various investor reports, and frequently engage with lenders and administrative agents. Plus, opportunities to work with the tech team to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline and automate processes.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required. Advanced degrees and certifications (CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in structured credit (e.g., leveraged loans, CLO / CDO, distressed debt) in portfolio operations, derivatives analysis, public accounting (audit/tax), or a rigorous financial role.
  3. Soft Skills: Impeccable professionalism, both in communication & presentation; collaborative and able to take the initiative and work autonomously; and analytical skill with an attention to detail are highly valued
