John Fish sues Goulston law firm for $300M over Weiner deal

The Suffolk owner accuses Goulston & Storrs of working against his interests despite purporting to represent him in the deal with Weiner Ventures LLC to develop a tower over the Massachusetts Turnpike. Fish is also suing the Weiner firm over the collapse of the project. The $300 million he seeks from Goulston is significantly more than the law firm’s last-disclosed annual gross revenue.
