Lawmakers look to revise or repeal controversial tax cap law

A number of progressive legislators have filed bills that, if enacted, would either repeal or alter Chapter 62F of the Massachusetts General Laws, the once-obscure 1986 tax cap law which sent nearly $3 billion back to taxpayers last year.
