More entrepreneurs of color needed; number of startups down ‘sharply,’ report says

Entrepreneurship is "under threat," and the health of the state’s startup sector depends on building a diverse and inclusive ecosystem, according to a new report. An increase in entrepreneurs of color is needed to boost the Mass. economy, the report says.
