Nantucket restaurant takes over Seaport spot once slated for New York franchise

A restaurant that started as a French fry stand more than two decades ago on Nantucket is slated to open this month in the Seaport after a plan to expand a New York coconut yogurt bowl chain to Boston fell apart.
