Partners with a Purpose: WaterMark, Horizons for Homeless build a focus on disadvantaged kids

When Lee Goodman of WaterMark Development heard the property next door to one he already owns in Roxbury was up for sale, he saw an opportunity to help one of his tenants, a nonprofit called Horizons for Homeless Children, which had been looking for a new headquarters for years.
