To hire and retain Gen Z women, offer them the opportunity to make a difference

While many companies are in talks internally about how to hire and retain Gen Z employees in their companies, the companies that will attract the most Gen Z workers, especially young women, are those that give them an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, according to Boston-area women in the business, nonprofit, and education sectors.
