Uber’s $1.1B deal will ‘turbocharge’ Drizly, COO says

"It just felt like the perfect marriage," Drizly COO Cathy Lewenberg told the Business Journal about the newly announced Uber acquisition. Drizly is looking for larger office space in Boston’s Back Bay and is planning to hire 100 people by the end of 2021. Lewenberg didn’t say if previous reports on Uber’s aggressive workplace culture were cause of concern at Drizly when discussing the deal.
