Federal Reserve OK’s merger of Boston Private and Silicon Valley Bank

Silicon Valley Bank’s merger with Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc. has gotten the green light from federal regulators. Now it’s up to Massachusetts regulators to give the final approval.
