Janey stands behind call to withdraw downtown waterfront plan

Boston Acting Mayor Kim Janey “stands by her decision to withdraw from the Downtown Municipal Harbor Plan,” the city says, following Gov. Charlie Baker indicating Boston “can’t withdraw” without a new MHP in place.
