Former WeWork space to find new life in life sciences

In early 2021, Oxford Properties was suddenly left with a 75% empty office across from South Station. So it quickly pivoted, telling city planners that it would convert 155,000 square feet at 745 Atlantic into “either life science/R&D, office, or both.”
