Unsafe conditions led to fatal Government Center garage collapse, family claims in lawsuit

The family of Peter Monsini, who fell nine stories to his death in March, is accusing The HYM Investment Group and John Moriarty & Associates of endangering workers at the site of the Government Center garage demolition.
