As cannabis businesses seek first license renewals, regulators issue stern warnings

For the first time, the state’s cannabis regulatory board started reviewing licensing renewals from both recreational and medical marijuana businesses, hitting the one-year mark since the state first started issuing provisional licenses to applicants. They didn’t go easy on them, issuing stern warnings for deficient diversity plans and patient complaints.
