Barts and Snows Ice Cream company to return $60,000, pay fine, officials say

An ice cream company that sells its products in stores such as Stop & Shop and Whole Foods is to return $60,000 to investors who were sold unregistered percentage interests and will need to pay a fine of $50,000.
