Henrietta Lacks’ estate sues Ultragenyx over Mass.-made gene therapies

Days after settling a lawsuit with Thermo Fisher Scientific over the use of their ancestor’s cells, Henrietta Lacks’ descendants have sued a second biopharma with Massachusetts operations.
