Malden looks to ban tobacco to a generation, even after you’re 21

The city of Malden is aiming to create a "nicotine-free generation" through a proposed bylaw that would forever ban the sale of tobacco products and e-cigarettes to anyone born after Jan. 1, 2004— but retailers in the market said the proposal is a "ridiculous policy" and "not make sense in the real world."
