Six startups combine into one dermatology biotech based in Boston and Geneva

A European biotech investor is combining six startups and supercharging their work with a $100 million investment to create new dermatology treatments. The resulting company, called Alys Pharmaceuticals Inc., is based in Boston and Geneva.
