A deck over ‘dead space’: Samuels’ Pike project hits major milestone

Samuels & Associates celebrated the completion of Parcel 12’s deck over the Massachusetts Turnpike in Back Bay, an essential component of the first air-rights project over the highway in more than 40 years.
