‘A little bit of a mix-and-match’: MassMutual CEO talks returning to the office

Last spring, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. was among the first of the state’s largest employers to say publicly it wouldn’t bring employees back to the office until after Labor Day. Almost a year later, most of its employees are still working remotely, and MassMutual CEO Roger Crandall envisions "a little bit of a mix-and-match" when it comes to the return to the workplace.
