Black Economic Council, Dorchester health care center heads lauded by Urban League

The heads of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts and the departing leader of the Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center were honored Thursday at the Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts’ annual breakfast.
