Boston’s first net-zero-carbon building could tower over Downtown Crossing

“We are confident in the future of Boston and downtown,” Midwood Investment and Development’s Mark Rollins said at a public meeting pitching a 345-foot-tall office building at Bromfield and Washington streets in Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
