Cambridge energy firm raises $158M after closing SPAC deal

Energy company Advent Technologies said its previously announced business combination with a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, is now complete. The newly formed combined company, called Advent Technologies Holdings Inc., is slated to begin trading on Nasdaq on Friday under the ticker symbol "ADN."
