Feds say Stoneham officer, brother bribed contractor for $36M in Mass Save funds

Prosecutors say a Stoneham police officer and his brother, who owns an electrical contracting company, bribed a vendor to gain contracts and receive a combined $36 million from a pool of state energy efficiency funds.
