Push to expand driver’s license access to immigrants gains a key business ally

A proposal to expand access to driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants has gained an ally in Larry Fish, chairman of the Board of Directors for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and former CEO of Citizens Bank.
