SPAC attack: Third Rock-founded Tango to go public in $353M deal

Cambridge oncology company Tango Therapeutics has signed a deal with a special-purpose acquisition company sponsored by San Diego’s Boxer Capital, to go public through a reverse merger, combined with a private investment in public equity, or PIPE, from the likes of Avoro Capital and Bain.
