Kymberly Pinder became president of Massachusetts College of Art and Design just three months after Covid-19 forced colleges to send students home. She spoke with the BBJ about prepping campus for fall, including sending all students kits of supplies to avoid sharing during the pandemic, and what she’s learned about leadership.
