60,000 Massachusetts seniors will get more than $300M in cost relief with new state budget

Around 60,000 low-income Massachusetts seniors are expected to see more than $300 million in cost relief through an expansion of the state’s Medicare Savings Program included in the new state budget lawmakers passed Monday.
