Boston nonprofit’s report spotlights areas of poverty, urges change in communities

Newly available research spotlights areas of concentrated poverty in what are termed “under-resourced communities” across the country, and the Boston-based group behind the effort is calling on municipal and local business leaders to address the challenges at hand.
