Gov. Baker nominates Kimberly Budd for chief justice of Supreme Judicial Court

Gov. Charlie Baker nominated Associate Justice Kimberly Budd to become the next chief justice of the Supreme Judicial Court, who if confirmed will become the first female Black chief justice in the history of the top court.
