Vor Biopharma raises $177M in upsized IPO

Vor Biopharma has raised $177 million in an upsized initial public offering and is trading on the Nasdaq exchange amid a continuing bull market for biotech. The Cambridge-based company co-owned by the author of “The Emperor of All Maladies" is the second Massachusetts biotech IPO of 2021, and one of at least nine biotech firms worldwide that held IPOs this week.
