Salem hopes $400 gift card pitch will attract workers

As small businesses look to fill open positions and recover from the pandemic, the city of Salem and the MassHire North Shore Career Center are offering a chance at $400 in Visa gift cards for those who takes jobs in the Witch City this summer.
