In lawsuit, Natick couple alleges eBay workers sought to ‘psychologically torture’ them

The lawsuit describes how defendants allegedly took action, sometimes in extreme ways, to intimidate the couple and stop their perceived negative reporting on eBay. In one instance in 2019, the defendants "posed as the Steiners and subscribed to over 50 email subscriptions," a list including titles such as Satanic Temple membership, Narcotics Anonymous, Communist Party, Bondage Accessories and luxury bondage tools, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome news, according to the complaint.
