Editorial: MBTA pricing doesn’t reflect new commuting realities

The MBTA needs to make riding the T more affordable than ever right now. Predicted lost revenue in the form of lower fares won’t be nearly as painful as the very real lost revenue from a permanent and irreversible drop in ridership.
